We started having issues in the being of October 2021 with a ice box that we have at our place of business that Easton Ice owns the box. I called the company to get them to come service the ice box because we lost 25+ bags of ice. They sent a tech out 2 weeks later to fix the box. It worked for about a week and then started throwing the breaker. I called the company yet again to let them know and the women on the other end was very rude and refused to help or send anyone out to fix the box. I asked for the manager or owner to call me and still no phone call back. I called at least once a week to get someone to come out and fix it but no one ever came. Every time I called up there it was like a I was nuisance to them. The box was also unsightly and obviously old. We asked for a newer one or even a smaller one. (See pictures attached) Finally the week of Christmas I called and told the women to either send someone to fix the box or come get it and bring another one. The week of Dec. 27th we notice they came and picked up the box but haven't replaced it nor refunded us for the lost bags of ice that they promised would be refunded or replaced. It's been three weeks since they picked up the box and as yet to be replaced with they new one. We never told them we wanted to close or cancel our service with them just that we wanted the box fixed or replaced. Can't use a ice box if it doesn't work.
