I don't even know where to begin. I was a customer of 2 years for a lawn care program. In the beginning, they show up to your property with full force with lots of applications. You will see a difference in your lawn. After several months, their frequency of visits became less and less. After every visit, I got an email with a report of my service. After that, a text trying to sell me additional services such as "we noticed this type of weed, we can treat it for additional costs" which never made sense since I was already paying for weed control. Recently, my spouse was diagnosed with and illness and can no longer work. With less income, lawn care was no longer in our budget. I called the office to cancel service explaining my spouse is sick. I was told I had a balance and access to my online account was removed that same day preventing me from verifying the balance. I asked for a breakdown of services and payments. I was sent a very confusing document stating they "provide more services than they charge for", which is why i had a several hundred dollar balance. I am still unclear of their math. Seems very sketchy to me. I asked for a payment plan. They agreed to break down the balance in three payments since my wife's treatment was draining our accounts. I called to provide bank information for the first payment and they charged me the entire amount at once putting my family in a tough place. I sent messages asking why they did that and I have been ignored. It is unbelievable to me that this is how they treat a customer of 2 years who never complained, purchased "up sales', never caused issues even when the service was subpar and when my family is going through a difficult situation, they dishonor an agreement. STAY AWAY!!! They don't care about you at all. Zero stars if it were an option.

I was worried about underground pests erupting holes in my lawn. I filed a request with Blades of Green for someone from BoG Pest service to take a look. A field tech was at my house within a few days, took a look, and left me a report/note about his findings. Since I have a contract with BoG (through Blades of Green), this ad-hoc service and report were free of cost to me. I am a long-time subscriber to both the lawn care and pest control services; and recommend the Blades of Green/BoG folks for their pleasant, efficient, and effective service.

Blades of Green has provided exceptional services at different locations for me for more than 15 years. This company is honest, reliable, and professional. I have never had an unresolved issue with Blades of Green. I have used their full lawn services and pest control services. Their products work, and they provide superior follow up services. They arrive as promised and offer great pricing options. Their customer service department and field technicians are courteous and personable. Best of all, my lawn is picture-perfect!

I contracted BOG to perform pest control. Today he's spraying for mosquitos and he is extremely thorough. I'm talking OCD thorough! After the first application there were no flying pests and I have a lot of places around the deck close by that makes for good homes. But not any longer. He even sprayed the front tree on the easement and around this Verizon wire compressor that is a bit overgrown. This is a value that is not to be underestimated. When my new lawn gets established I will call them for other services like fertilizer and weed control.
