            Went to jiffy lube in edge wood maryland while on vacation because of a 30% off coupon found on their website. The coupon stated valid only at participating locations with a link for the locations that participated. This location was one of them. I got there and it was an hour wait in my car before i had my oil changed. After my oil change was completed i showed the cashier the coupon and they said "That wont work " but scanned it anyway. The cashier stated that he gets it all the time and has let his supervisors know but they tell him there's nothing they will do about it. This coupon is on their website. and e-mailed to users. I waited an HOUR to get my oil changed they did the oil change and only once i had no choice but to pay their outrageous prices was i told they wouldn't honor the coupon. Again, this is a coupon FROM THEIR WEBSITE The oil change came to be 99.00 so 30% would be roughly 30$ that I even had the website e-mail me a coupon so i had a record of the terms.

            I just had the worst experience at this jiffy lube location. I am an elderly lady and I took my car to be serviced there. I needed several types of services, the employee who dealt with me told that the transmission would cost $150, later the manager, Eric would not honor the price, he lied to my face telling me that he had told me the price was $200 , he insulted me and kicked me out of the store. This individual was extremely disrespectful and impertinent. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for decades until now. One of the clients waiting for his car with me and witnessed the incident could not believe his eyes. He said "he had no right to treat you like that".
