I purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 from EZ Car Plus and it had several issues the day after taking it home. They fixed the axle and oil sensor but the engine and oil light kept coming on. So they told me to call the warranty company to fix it. This is within 2 weeks of owning the car. So I told them the warranty is not in active until the vehicle is driving over 1000 miles. So they drove my car just over the 1000 miles and said they will replace the engine because it has several oil leaks and they will use the warranty. This is over a month since the purchase at this time. They finally change the engine and they haven't provided me with the proper paperwork for the new engine that states the milage, vin, and year of the vehicle that the engine came out of. I need the paperwork for the engine. It seems like they are hiding something. Thank you for your help.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/21) */ We provided the invoice and proper documentation. What Shelton is asking for is the dealer invoice from the place we ordered the new engine from, which we are not required to provide. We are not trying to hide anything, but just as an Audi store would not provide their order invoice, we do not provide ours. It has dealer information that is for internal use only. We did provide a receipt, showing we did do an engine replacement on his Audi, and it showed the date and VIN. We sent all documentation required to HIS warranty company, and they approved the engine replacement. We also had to diagnose the issue, which required us to drive the vehicle to replicate any issue. It was then we determined that an engine replacement was needed. We gave all proper documentation. We replaced the engine. The customer is in possession of his vehicle and has everything he needs. We are sorry for any frustration the customer may be experiencing. I can however assure all parties involved that this job was completed to the best of our ability and integrity. I received the paper the paperwork with the correct information on it that I needed.
