I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion from 1 US motors on 9/16/2021 using all my savings ($8,000.00)to put down on the car in hopes it would provide reliable transportation to and from work/school. I have had the car for about six months and only drove it three weeks non-consecutively. I never got my license plates until 2/23/21 because the vehicle failed an inspection in Delaware. I kept calling the dealership owner (Navid), who continued to give me the run around until I showed up with my parents. Navid decided to fix the horn to pass Delaware's inspection. Unbeknownst to us, the O2 sensor came on before arriving at the DMV, which was repaired, and then the transmission went out, causing me to be without a car for a month. I lost my job due to no transportation, and I'm now in the middle of battling out between the dealership and Alpha Warranty to fix my engine. Alpha warranty refuses to pay for my engine breakdown to find the root cause of the engine failing. The dealership owner says it's not his problem "it's a used car, and that's what happens when you buy used." I'm not sure what to do at this point. As a 21-year-old law-abiding citizen, I am pleading with the blood of Jesus for help. I have file a lawsuit, but I feel that someone other than myself should be held accountable. It is sad and disheartening when you work so hard to save for a car that you never got a chance to enjoy because of disingenuous people and companies. I have no money and no car to even look for employment or drive to school. Please help!Business response
