            To: BBB Company: ******* **********, ****** **** ***** ***, Used Cars From: ****** ****** Re: Refund I am requesting a refund of my $1000 deposit for 2010 Toyota Tacoma VIN: *****************. I will not be purchasing the vehicle. I made the $1000 deposit on Jan 31, 2024 and called and spoke to Ann the next day on Feb. 1, 2024 and requested the refund. She told me "no" and that it's non refundable. I feel that a refund is in order, simply on good business ethics, especially when the request was made only one day later. I have read and researched numerous complaints and reviews about this company from customers not receiving vehicles as promised, vehicles that were unfit to drive and operate, vehicles that required extensive additional repair, rust, among many other complaints. I have also read many complaints through the BBB. The vehicle I was interested in has been sprayed with truck bed liner spray to cover extensive rust underneath the car. This is a deceptive and unsafe practice. I am simply requesting my $1000 deposit, since I will not be purchasing the vehicle. Respectfully, ****** ****** vehicle website: ****************

            I went to buy an used car , I looked at the ****** reviews of this dealer and it was 3.9 . Cars looked good in the ****** site , i went there by driving an hour . I spoke to the sales man Joe. He responded nicely. I went to see a car Ford Explorer . When I test drive the car was smoking and no reverse . I pushed very hard when reversing suddenly car moved and my body got hurt. Later I saw a Honda Pilot and did test drive. At that time it looked good to me . I paid the deposit. Later I came home and tried to find the google review. Later I discovered they had the business in the name of Wholesale LLC in google. In ****** they are know as "******* ******** *** in Edgewood, MD " . In the credit card they are charging with name "Masters Auto Group" , In the agreement they write as Used cars. 4 names at a time. Later I decided not to buy the car . I was trying to get deposit back they refused. Even i offered to return 800 dollars , they refused. In google I discovered 100 negative one star reviews and they are knowingly selling junk cars with out telling the safety risk. Later when I spoke about this to Joe he said "You are done !"
