              The freight company has taken money from. My supplier and has failed to deliver my merchandise of thin bricks sitting with them. The company has the merchandise and they have even broken half my merchandise as the freight company is close to my house and I have seen it. Over 6 times they said they will deliver today and yet almost 3 weeks later nothing has been conveyed to me.

              Booked through Freight Center- would never have shipped if had known it was TForce. Communication from both companies are laughable or non existent. Our pallet was shipped for a tradeshow, was told multiple times (on a recorded line) that there was plenty of time for it to arrive for the set up date (Tuesday). Pallet sat in a warehouse for 4 days, finally moved and arrived on Thursday, after the tradeshow was over. Was sent an invoice for a re-weight of the pallet, was lied to on the phone multiple times by their customer service reps and their tradeshow reps. Pallet was returned, damaged, and with extra wooden pallets stacked with it. ****! Would give a negative star if could.
