      Poor business practice over client relationship in the following locations: Columbia, Maryland; Arundel Mills, Maryland; and Ellicott City, Maryland. There were no controls in place over the process to effectuate a “freeze” Plus Option that allows a member to pause her/his billing up to 6 months, and use accumulated sessions, as stated in the agreement. The client's continuous requests to exercise this option were neither answered nor addressed. In addition, the practice in the aforementioned locations does not allow members to schedule more than one session every two weeks due to the shortage of massage therapists in all three locations. Scheduled sessions are often canceled by the management team within few hours before the appointment with no alternative rescheduling offer. Lastly, management/owner has failed to exercise due care in providing guest service. Luck of attention to the above matters and disrespectful attitude towards the client followed by in person insult , created an undue hardship and unethical business environment no member should be subjected to.

      No one is ever available to answer the phone or booking. Never the same person checking you in. I have had two wonderful facials there, but never a massage. When I was finally able to schedule a massage, the massage therapist was not prepared to massage me, nor did he intend to. He wasted up my time asking questions that had already been responded to in the pre-screening. When I called another store in the district prior the 90 day period to get support from the district manager, she pretended to take my information for follow-up, but never returned my call. I was emailed just last night that I am now out of the 90 day cancellation.

      This company is a scam. They will refuse to cancel your membership and come up with all the excuses in the world to continue charging you every month. They will confirm cancellation over the phone and continue charging you. They require email confirmation but never inform you of this and these emails are typically sent to your spam folder. Just avoid this business, they've made enough money off people through unethical business practices and don't deserve a cent more.

      I called at the end of October and tried to cancel my membership. After continuing to be charged in November I made several attempts to contact the business. I was always told there was no one there who could help me and then promised that "someone from accounts would call me back." I also sent an email to the corporate office and was told they don't deal with the franchises but would be glad to forward my email. After being charged again in December I filed a dispute with my credit card company and had my card changed so they couldn't keep charging me.
