      On April 7th, 2022, I ordered a hydroelectric generator from this company. The company told me that it could take up to 6 weeks to ship the item and I agreed to make the purchase. I received a package almost 2 months later with a pair of socks. I contacted the company and they said that there was a mistake in the warehouse and the item would be reshipped. Weeks later I received a tracking notification saying my order had been delivered but nothing was actually delivered. I then contacted the company again and told them that at this point I just wanted a refund. They offered to give me a portion of my money back and they would let me keep the socks. I declined and let them know that I had no desire to purchase a pair of socks and I would like my full refund since the product had never been available. Needless to say, I never received my refund or the product I ordered. It's a shame that companies like this get to operate and scam hard working people out of their money with no consequence. I have included all correspondence in the attachment.

      I purchase some golf clubs from this business and never got the items... I have tried to contact this business with no luck...I want to file a complaint on this business...

      I paid in full for golf clubs last year. The company keeps saying it has been sent but I haven't received anything. I emailed again the other day and yet again I was told they have recently been delivered. My wife doesn't work and hasn't had any deliveries from this company.

      On September 28th, 2021 I purchased a driver for golf and was charged for said driver....5 months and 10 emails later I've been promised the driver, promised a refund and now the "complaint" department **** no longer respond to me! This appears to be a slipshod outfit that takes the money and runs. I do not recommend that anyone buy from this operation as they **** be truly disappointed and out some caash! Thank you for listening!!!

      I ordered a solar/wind off grid kit in early August. I received a child pink jacket instead. The company refuses to give me my money back. I've have been emailing back and forth for months now. They just keep playing games. I don't understand why they are still able to advertise online. After doing research I have found numerous complaints about this company they are running a fraudulent business. Taking people's money and not sending the products. Please help me get my money back and stop them from ripping other innocent peoples money. They sent me this child's pink jacket

      So on September 23rd I had ordered a used set of golf clubs from this website, PDUXSA. I even messaged them a few to times to try and make sure it was legit and I did receive a response each time so it seemed pretty real. I paid them 80$ in full and was supposed to receive these used golf clubs within 14 days or so, but they never came. I emailed the site and they said sorry but when I was given an item it was a tiny piece of women's clothing which was not what I ordered by any means. I told them their must be a mistake and they told me we'll fix it and send you the correct item (which they never did). So a few weeks after I never received my clubs still, I said hey I want my refund please this is ridiculous, and I haven't heard anything from them since. Very very scammy website but they message you and try to talk to you like a normal person so that they can suck you into putting money into their website. Please help me with this problem, thank you so much for your help! I have sent pictures of my receipt of buying the clubs with my card and also the fake tracking number and things the website sent me to make me believe their website was real.

      On October 14, 2021, I put an order online on the website https://www.pduxsa.com/ an item called Airborne IC3 Basketball Trainer Shot worth $77.26. I kept following it up via email and 3x ever since but the only response i got it to wait. The tracking they provided "Tracking No. is *************" on "Please track it here *****************************" ended up on Nov, 14, 2021. Now they stopped responding to my emails,
