I have been a member of the ****** ***** *********** *********** (****) Board for 16 years, and served on 2 other association boards in the past. **** board contracted with Victory North Management (VNM) in 2015. At the time we were rebuilding our property's financial health from scratch and addressing serious property challenges. We were looking to accelerate these efforts, address tough budgetary decisions, and develop a balanced plan to start needed property repairs and upgrades, improve maintenance, owner communications, management response, and our delinquencies. Shannon seemed to understand our goals, our urgency, and offered a full suite of professional management services. We were a stressed property and VNM has been a boon to our association from their first day. They have been a strong partner in our property's steady growth and return to health. Victory provided effective advice, and successfully delivered on a series of significant capital projects. Shannon's solid advice helped us develop a balanced approach that included, but minimized, special assessments and fee increases, finding savings on contracts, and significantly improving association delinquencies. VNM's has worked with the Board to improve unit owner and renter education, participation, and enforcement of unit owner responsibilities. VNM worked effectively with our Board to balance priorities, grow our reserves, and improve re-sale and property values. VNM's staff, and the contractors they hire are professional, responsive, and bring integrity, and earnestness to all their dealings. With VNM's help our property attained one of our key goals this past year building reserves to a point where a portion could be invested in low risk funds that continuously generate additional income for the association.
