In 2017 I had this company install a new roof on my home with a 10 year warranty against leaks. Since installation I have had ongoing issues with leaks and I contacted this company multiple times since 2019 and spoke to the owner Alexander who indicated he would fix the issues because he was a Christian. His remedy to resolve the leaks was to place silicon on my roof each time I called. I advised Alexander that each time it rains I am experiencing a lot of damage to the inside of my house from the roof leak on the ceiling and I have to pay for additional repairs in terms of patching and painting. I asked Alexander multiple times to diagnose the problem and to resolve the ongoing issues because silicon does not repair a roof leak. He advised that he was an expert on roofing and would stand by his work but has refused to do so. He has refused to address the root cause of the leaks and has refused to fix the roof that he installed. My roof is still leaking and I am not confident that Alexander is a skilled roofer who can repair his own roofing.Business response

We have taken this complaint seriously. The leak Ms. ******* has is next to a neighbor's border with Her's. We thought we had the leak stopped and have been back a couple times for it. We will be going back over and tearing out the area in question, then re installing the section new for her. At the same time we will address the border with the neibors roof. I am very sorry this has happened and like before we will address the ceiling after.
