I bought a Audi 2009 Q5 from this dealership November 2020. I made for sure that I or my husband or the Audi dealer checked things out. I've have been going back and forth with the owner about something's that was wrong. As he promised me to fix these things. This has been going on for a year+.. My check engine light has been on in our agreement per our conversation the MMI system he was supposed to pay me half back he didn't. The doors won't lock he let his mechanic put a after market piece in which isn't working right still to this day. He owes me a set (4) of floor mats that I never got. I had to take the truck to the Audi dealership to see what the problem was with the MMI unit he also had promised to pay half the cost of the diagnostic test to determine the problem. As he didn't do that as well. The arm controls should have been replaced as well. I have text messages about all of these things. He's sent me the address to where he said his mechanic would be he could never give me a time or date. It ended up being at a cab company. He really has given me the run around for a year+Business response

I went and my husband asked to See the parts they didn't have them and had no idea of what was going on. I then left and have been trying to reach out to the dealership own and I believe he has me blocked. Because I can't get in touch with him no kinda way. So my truck is still NOT fixed as the dealership own promise to do. This has been going on for over a year going on 2 years. I am one of the co-founders of the company and also work as the General Manager of this establishment. I am writing you regarding a customer situation where we believe the customer defrauded Bumble Auto LLC. Mrs. ******** ******* purchased a Audi 2009 (vin number: ***********XXXXXX) on 8/31/2020. On this day, Mrs. ******** ******* declined to get extended warranty through one of our warranty partners by signing a waiver. The vehicle was in good standing and fully operational during the time of sale. After 650 days, without any communication to our establishment regarding any issues on his vehicle, Mrs. ******** ******* files a complaint with BBB case number: XXXXXXXX. After we were notified by BBB regarding this complaint, we reached out to Mr. Mrs. ******** ******* to help discuss and resolve her concern. Mrs. ******** ******* stated that that her check Engine light was on, and that she is going to purchase extended warranty through a 3rd party of her choice. As we wanted to help resolve this matter, we went ahead and offered to pay for 50% of the cost of the extended warranty that Mrs. ******** ******* wanted to purchase on her own. This was all contingent on Mrs. ******** ******* providing us with a copy of her receipt/invoice (which she did). The amount Bumble Auto LLC reimbursed to Mrs. ******** ******* was for $1200 in two ******* transactions which is 50% of her total balance of $1200. After two weeks of reimbursement, the warranty company notified us that warranty policy did not exist in their system and that they never provided this customer with a warranty service. We tried reaching out to Mrs. ******** so she could shed some light on this matter, as she may have sent us the wrong invoice, but she never returned any of our calls. We decided to consider the reimbursement amount of $1200 as a total loss, but with the hope that we helped resolve this matter. We just found out yet again by BBB that Mrs. ******** has reopened complaint with BBB regarding the same matter. Our records indicate that Mrs. ******** submitted a falsified invoice which she was reimbursed for. If anything, Mrs. ******** owes Bumble Auto LLC a legitimate invoice for the extended warranty he stated he purchased or a refund for the amount of $2800 for that warranty. When we talked about the warranty he wanted me to go with the Warranty that he was offering. Which I choose not to. So I choose anything company to go with. And he agreed to pay half of the down payment he also wanted my agreement which was none of his business to have my contract number. So yes I did white that out. I then took my truck to Audi and I had to pay almost $500.00. They informed me that my truck was taken to Audi dealership. They then told me that what every the person that changed the timing belt for the dealership was responsible for all that is going on Sent from my iPhone
