This animal hospital has failed to diagnosis or provide basic and common care for both of my animals, whom were suffering and/or in pain. My animals and I are not the only victims of this business, there have been other instances where local neighbors have also publicly posted their horror stories. My personal examples below: First cat: Drooling from the mouth, swollen mouth, hid in the closet until it was time to eat. He actually had mouth cancer. They ran tests and said nothing about cancer, made him wait weeks for the surgery schedule to accommodate him, as we were fully prepared to pay thousands for them to perform surgery to wire his jaw back together, and we decided to get a second opinion when we couldn't watch him like that anymore. When we took him elsewhere, that is when were we told he has had cancer of the jaw and we had to do the right thing by euthanizing him. Absolutely no reason for this. That cat suffered for much longer than he should have all because they don't know what they're doing or can't have an honest conversation on what is best for the animal? Second cat: Had chatter, kept pawing at his mouth, was due for a well visit, so we brought him to them purely out of convenience from the house and I asked them to look in his mouth. They told us his mouth looked great for a cat his age and that he has an ear infection. Received meds for that, and was kicked out the door. The cats illness did not improve, it got worse, so we were forced, yet again, to get a second opinion, and as it turns out, he had (3) exposed roots, two missing teeth and a tumor on the one side in his mouth. He was in so much pain for months, and lost over 30% of his body weight. This business is incapable of handling anything more than a nail trim, maybe, and even then, I can't say they do a good job. People need to know not to bring their animals here, therefore, they are being reported.
