            On April 4th I took my truck in for service. The service needed was for a transmission code After assessment from the technician. I was told that the clutch was stuck and they couldn’t inspect the transmission. What started as a seamly simple fix turned into $12000. After picking up my truck on April 11th. I was assured that everything was working fine . Only 30 minutes into the drive the steering lock and the truck shut down on the highway . My under carriage and PTO shaft came off due to it never being reattached. Which I find to be interesting as I was told the truck was test drove. I was stuck on the side of the highway for over 3 hours . I had to incur additional expenses to have the truck towed back to the shop. In addition to losing 2 weeks of revenue due to my truck being in the shop.

            This repair shop is very unethical and will do whatever they can to cover their tracks on workmanship errors done by their facility. They repaid a clutch and less than 2 weeks later the cloth failed. We took the truck to another freight liner dealership and they notified use that frieghtliner of Elton failed to install a grease line and properly grease pilot bearing. We have provided them pictures of everything and they're still deflecting. This place will do bad work and rob you of your hard earned money. JEREMY ******** needs to be fired he is a horrible service manager that is never in office. stay away from these ppl I have been attempting to resolve for 2 weeks and getting the run around. At this point im gong the legal route.
