      I called Appliance Repair Technology Experts LLC to repair my ******* refrigerator. There was water dripping from water filter housing. Tech come, said it was common problem. He wouodcorder and replace, water-filled head. He come back a week latter and installed the part. He said everything thing is good now. I paid the balance of total cost $531.00. Within an hour after leaving, I noticed water dripping and pooling from the water filter housing again. I call back immediately and he tried to tell me it was my water filter. I had been using a ******* water filter since purching this unit , I told him. Later I called ******* and they told me the water filer housing and water head assembly are all one piece in my particular model. I called the repair company and told them they replaced the wrong part. ******* said the entire filter housing had to be replaced. He insisted that the part in put in was recommend. I said it's not for this model. After some back and forth, they agreed to refund me $400 out of the $531. Appliance Repair Technology Experts LLC, is unprofessional and techs are poorly trained. And they over charged me for a part that didn't even fit. The company is dishonest, I would not recommend them to anyone.

      These ******** LITERALLY just STOLE MY MONEY!!!! I have so much going on right now and this azzhole just came INTO MY HOUSE November 2nd and LIED TO MY FACE about fixing my washing machine! Made me pay an entire $561.28 invoice without doing ANYTHING and said that's the only way that I will be able to get my washing machine fixed. He said the part would take 2 business days to come in, and that he would be back TODAY Friday November 5th to complete the job. I Realized I NEVER got an email confirmation or a phone call regarding the appointment, and I've called all 4 numbers that are listed as well as emailed and still no response!
