In January 2023 in enrolled in the class. Class cost $3000. I could not continue the class 1 month in due ti family illness, owners of company would not refund for the class I had not started yet, which was 1500. There is no documentation that there is no refunds for the class, never mind a class that has not been started. Company does not have a real address.Business response

At Connect With Training, we care about each student and want to see them succeed,
We give srudents the training they want and provide opportunities to achieve what they desire.
Our program is set up to provide all these resources (prep, Pre- learning weekly materials, Resources, administrative details, materials, one on one multiple couching sessions, hands on Instructors, management, various communication Chanels, 2 live classes, weekly materials) organized for this student and any student among other students.
For this particular program there are resources plus two classes, once a student has taken advantage of the resources (mentioned above) or started or completed one class, the fee they paid becomes non-refundable (students are communicated this verbally before they sign up).
We know that life happens and we put that into consideration, hence, when any student falls into any hardship, we offer them a lifetime ability to take the class they missed again without any additional payment and if their situation does not allow them, they can gift the training to their family member for free.
Kaela, here at Connect With Training, we care and has offered you a lifetime retake or gifting the training to any of your family member.

I am rejecting this response because:Attached is every email sent by Connect with Training. Not in ONE email does it state that the payment is non refundable. This is not fair to the consumer to notify them after the fact that their payment of a class that they have not started is non refundable. I should have been told before payment was sent that it was non refundable and every student considering this class should be notified as well. I’m not seeking to take the class, I’m seeking a refund for the class I did not take.
