This company left me stranded!! “CHRIS” has a woman call me… After having accepted the dispatch from my insurance company they called 20 minutes AFTER accepting the job and said- oh we close in 5 minutes can it be done in the morning.. EXCUSE ME??!!! You knew you were closing WHY accept the dispatch?? Also- WHO in their RIGHT MIND would be okay with waiting until the next morning sitting with a disabled vehicle??? I do not live in the area that my vehicle stopped working in. I had to get my daughter to drive me to the area 40 minutes from home!!! I’ve worked all day!!! This is certainly NOT good customer service. I already had someone else tell me the vehicle was already towed when it wasn’t. It’s been a HECK of an ordeal. If you’ve have ever been stranded, this is obviously not an ideal response from a business that IS IN BUSINESS to “help” STRANDED motorist!!!!! It’s definitely not Good. Also, you never know who your customer is… you never know who is a Director of a property where you already have a contract to tow. You don’t leave people stranded ESPECIALLY when that’s the nature of your business. I never ever leave reviews about places unless the experience was absolutely Horrid.. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRID!!!!!

Horrible company, untrained employees, the owner aggressive and deceitful. The tow truck totaled my car and will not take responsibility!!! The owner screamed at me over the phone. Said all the information i asked for was irrelevant even though, first call they told me who insures them - ****** Then the owner reused to tell me who the insurer when they found out my insurance company is ***** as-well. They refuse to admit who is there insurer is now…. Terrible company with a terrible owner

I do not recommend them for towing this is the second time my insurance company used them and they never showed up just keeping giving eta times who ever answers the phone is very unprofessional they won't answer when they see your calling asked to speak to a manger the lil lady who answer the phone e straight place me on hold called from several numbers they keep placing you on hold.... Use anyone but them for now on I will let my I sit ace company know not to ever send them to any of my vehicles..... this is def a *** business **** they don't even deserve a star let's be honest

Worst company ever!!!! Their Mr. KnowItAll tow truck driver messed up my gear shaft panel and when I reached out to him and the company about it, I was disregarded. I asked for a manager or supervisor to call me back and NO ONE CALLED! After a few days with NO CALL BACK I reaced back out to them only to be told no manager or supervisor was available ONCE AGAIN, was placed on a brief hold, then was told that I had to go through my insurance company at this point. They didnt even want to try to resolve the issue in any way. Poor customer service!!! I'm contacting my insurance company to let them know that if I ever need a tow in the future, DO NOT SEND HARBOR TOWING EVER EVER AGAIN! I will also inform all of my family and friends to not use their services as well for sure!!!!

Worst place ever! My car broke down. I contacted my roadside assistance and ***** sent Harbor Towing. The driver was very nice and polite! Because the dispatcher mixed up my pick up and drop off address the driver was not able to take my vehicle but he told me as soon as his dispatch fixed the problem he would tow my vehicle and I can give him the keys and he would take care of it. Unfortunately the dispatcher told the driver to leave my car where it is at and not to tow it due to the dispatcher mistake. The driver left my keys in my car and left it in a shopping center in a unsafe part of town. The dispatcher never called me to tell me that they had made the decision to cancel my tow. I just happened to drive by that location 1 hour later and saw my car still there. When I called the dispatcher to find out what happened and they put me on eternal hold! I had to wait on another tow truck company to pick it up!
