Very thorough in explaining the details of how my oil burner operates. Showed me how to adjust the temperature and the specific turn off valve if there is a leak.
Very professional and answered all of my questions.

I/we highly recommend ComfortPlus for HVAC work as well as plumbing.
I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, from the sales consultant to the technical manager and crew. They all did an excellent job in determining the heating and cooling need of our home, installing the equipment, cleaning up afterwards and solving an issue with the gas line.

Alan responded to my home quickly after I called Comfort Plus and requested a technician. He was fast at diagnosing the problem, communicating the work that would need to be done, and had it rectified in a timely manner. My yearly service was overdue so Alan was kind enough to make sure my repair was covered under my service contract.
