This is a terrible apartment complex. They don’t have hot water most days. Trash is piled up and flying all throughout the complex. They try and make wagers for parking spaces I was asked how many vehicles I had (2) and was told I had to pay 200 for a second parking sticker, but there are people here with 3 and 4 spaces. I also was told I couldn’t have anyone on my lease that i had to apply to be added to the lease with my husband as if I was a new tenant and pay and then denied after I paid. They continuously post signs the day before they will be entering your apartment. Things come up missing after they come in your apartment. When you complain nothing gets resolved. They have cars in the parking lot with dead tags and flat tires that have been sitting for so long it’s rust on the ground. They have tenants that sit out there trash in the halls all day. They have bikes sitting in front of entrance doors. The parking spaces are barely big enough for your vehicle yet people park wildly in spaces. When there is an issue nobody calls back and when you do talk to someone they are rude. They post about aggressive dogs not being allowed but with Several encounters it seems the only aggressive dogs are the smaller dogs that shit all over the side walks and growl and bark at you to the point you can’t even go on you way. The balcony closets are raggedy and falling apart and filled with spiders. A pipe burst in my balcony closet an water was running down into the next apartment it took over a month for someone to do anything in which all they did was reconnect the white plastic pipe and it still comes off So I have to fix it myself so my balcony isn’t consistently wet and smelly. The people they have fixing or that are suppose to be fixing things ride around in golf carts smoking all day sitting in empty apartments or behind buildings in the carts they hit your car and say nothing. They removed half the parking spaces n reserved them for visitors but you have to pay daily.
