I order a dress from Ashely S****** online April 17,202 . received the order and I did not like the dress so I returned the dress with the return lable that came with the order. The dress was dropped off at the UPS on April 24,2023 with the price tag stii on it,and within the thirty day return period, I recieved proof of delivery APRIL 28,2023, Burligton,NJ. Recceived by Radial. I contacted Ashley S******, concerning my refund.I have contacting them serval times concerning my refund and all I;m getting is the run around.the last email i received from them stated that a case number has been assigned to my case for revew. A review for what? I did what the return policy instructed, I want my money refunded they got the item back in the same conditon that I receive it. Also on my bank statemnt for the purchase of this dress has recurring payment which I don't know why. I contacted my bank concerning this an ask the bank to stop any furter payment to Ashely S****** because I have no account with Ashely S******, The bank did issused a stop payment. The bank imformed me to contact Ashely S****** about this matter, which I did and talking to that rep was like talking to a goofy school girl laughing like something was funny. This is my hard earn money and I didn't want Ashley S****** taking any money out of my account. I did receive email from Ashley S****** stating that no other payment is schedule to come out of account. My bank told me to keep the email in case money is taking out of account in May and that email is proof that I contacted them about this error, I will be contacting my state Attoney Genral about this matter. I want my money back. I dont have money like that to give away. I will never order anything from them again.
