      I submitted a rental application with Remington only for my calls to be put on eternal hold and my emails to go unanswered from the leasing office. Unfortunately, I went to look at the reviews as an afterthought and there are many complaints online about how this leasing office takes your $232.00 downpayment and then never responds back with whether you are approved or denied. I am still awaiting any correspondence with this company to no avail.

      Hello **. *****************************************

      It was very nice speaking with you over the phone a few minutes ago.  As I explained on the phone, I apologized that you went through this ordeal with Remington Place Apartments.  I pulled your file information after receiving a letter from the Better Business Bureau (Complaint ID ********* indicating you are still awaiting a refund and response from your application that you had submitted.  According to my documents, on December 12, 2022, I sent corporate an email and asked that they refund the $232.00 as your application for the Apartment had been cancelled as the documentation required was not given.  **************** advised that they tried to give you the refund, but the program would not allow it to go through.  You stated that you contacted your bank (***) and disputed the charge.  It is your understanding that they reached out to us and was unable to get in contact.  However, the phone number you read to me, I have no idea what it goes to.  Therefore, if you could please have your bank contact me directly, ***********************************, Property Manager at ************ or my email address, *****************************, so I can work with them to get your refund back to you as soon as possible.

      I also wanted to put in writing per our discussion, that the Leasing Consultant that you had been dealing with is no longer working with Remington Place Apartments.  I wanted to add that the reason we had so many complaints regarding the refund of the application fees was due to the process not being followed by the staff and those members have been removed.  Therefore, I owe you a huge apology and will do what I need to; to be sure you receive your refund.
