    On August 14,2021 I was having a problem with my heating and A/C I called the company that I had a contract with and they dispatch Anthony W****** to my home. Wallace said by it being a old furnace they my not have the parts.so. So he said that he can give me a discount because he has his own business (Good Temperature LLC in Fort Washington) so Wallace than wrote out the paperwork (Contract) for the heating and A/C unit for 2500.00. I then wrote out a check for 1300.00. Then Wallace called me two or three weeks later and needed another 250.00 on 9/13 /21 for parts and i told him that I didn’t want to pay him no more money till everything was finished..When my house started to be cool in October and I told him that I need my heat on because I was really sick. I had to use heaters and turned on my oven. Wallace kept telling me that he was waiting on his helper. He would call or text me every day to believe and trust him. I asked him to bring it to my house because I can get another company to install it I was then told that he didn’t want to make two trips. In November I asked Wallace to give me back my money he said that he was waiting for the refund so he can get my money back to me. I had to pay someone else 1800.00 to replace my units. Now today is 6/21/22 and still haven’t been payed my money(1550.00). It is to he is constantly giving me excuse after excuse.Wallace also said he only had 750.00 and asked me for my cash app or pay pal account so he can send it to me.As of today 6/21/22 I have never received any money from him. Thank you

    Anthony W****** was sent to my rental property to address an issue with my A/C unit. He diagnosed the problem and advised me that the unit required Freon for which I paid per my warranty agreement. He then contacted me about getting a new A/C unit which he could get me for a discount and would accept payments toward the full balance. He would text me very early in the morning with an urgency to get payments to him to stay current with the payment arrangement. I made two (2) payments to him. When I realized that I could not keep up with the pace of his requests, I asked to cancel the arrangement since he could not send a formal contract outside of a screenshot taken via his cellphone. He agreed to refund my money, however, no refunds have been made to date. He sporadically sends me texts messages saying he wants to resolve this issue and get my money to me but he has made no effort to do so. I'm using this as a step to document this issue before filing court documents as recourse to recover my funds.
