I ordered a sweatshirt from The Cultured Savage and received Order No. *****. I placed the order on November 22, 2022. I did not receive the sweatshirt I ordered. I received two sweatsuits I did not order. I emailed the business to let them know I received the wrong items. They advised to send a picture of what I received so they could track down my order. I sent them the picture but never heard from them again. I sent several messages to get them to follow-up but they did not respond. They need to refund my money or send me what I ordered.Initial Complaint

I ordered some merchandise from The Cultured Savage Clothing on 10/26/2022/ and have yet to receive my merchandise as of 12/11/2022. This is poor business practice and I'll never spend my money again with these individuals.Business response

I purchased an 2 piece item on 5/27/22 from theculturedsavage.com, it is now 6/19/22. I have not heard anything regarding my order. I have sent emails on 6/6/22, 6/9/22 and received no response. I sent another email 6/19/22. I expect this to be resolved asap.
