This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior. I was so impressed that they were able to fit me in with the limited time we have. Thank you guys for being a company I can trust and count on. I wanted to Mention one of the sales team people Marlin, he was top notch. He showed me around the lot and we had a great conversation. Back in Sep 2023 I bought a vehicle from Krietz paid it in full including shipping from their location in MD to TX where I live, however vehicle was never delivered as the shipping company totaled the vehicle during transit. Worst part was that Krietz was unable to provide a straight answer as to what happened because turns out the shipping company they hired did not have insurance and the shipping company was not answering calls to provide vehicle delivery status/ location. At the end and two weeks later, the totaled vehicle was found using OnStar system by the the police department In order to recover a portion of the money I paid for the vehicle, I ended up putting the claim thru my personal insurance as Krietz never offered me any alternative to get issue resolved. If you are thinking about doing business with them, think again.Review from Shalen M

Their mechanics tried to scam me out of almost three grand with repairs I didn't need. Literally not a single thing on their report was necessary. Thought I could trust a local, family owned business. I was wrong.Review from Gary R

I purchased a vehicle on February 23, 2022 after confirming they could transport the vehicle to Florida where I live. Amy (Internet Sales) assured me they could. So I began the purchase process. She asked for a deposit and I confirmed that they accepted credit cards and I authorized $20,000 charge for my deposit. I had some additional components added to the truck by the service department on Tuesday of the week and they assured me it would be ready to ship by Friday. Friday, a girl named Lindsay called and began to bless me out for not having satisfied the $20k deposit. I informed her of my conversation with Amy and Lindsay said they were turning away the transport truck that was there to pickup my truck and haul it to me in Florida. Since March 4th I have been waiting for two weeks to hear from someone as to when my truck will be transported from them to me and I have not heard from anyone. I have rearranged my vacation dates so I would be here on March 14th because the general manager, Nate S, promissed to have the truck delivered this day. Still no truck and no update from Krietz Auto. Their customer service after the sale and prior to delivery is not acceptable. I recommend they find an experienced general manager that can afford a $50k truck so he understands customer service is not finished when you receive payment.

****, as we spoke on 3/14/22 I explained to you that our Transport company we have contracted to deliver your truck in Florida from Maryland has not had any driver's available to pick up the load. Our Account representative, Matt, from the Transport company has let us know he spoke to you to explain this and will keep you updated directly as soon as there is an update. Unfortunately, due to the truck being lifted, the carriers that have the ability to safely haul this vehicle is limited. We also sent you a check Monday for the full amount you paid for the transport as it was our initial miscommunication on the down payment and the time that has passed since the initial purchase. I offered to send you the refund overnight and you said that wasn't necessary. -Laura K.
