The McDonald on 1501 Garret Drive in Frederick is absolutely horrible! Every time I have visited I am greeted with disrespect and rude employees. Today I went and placed a mobile order as I received my order I asked the employee if I could get some ketchup, she said okay. I wait 5 mins and end up going inside and ask the lady for some ketchup (Maria) and she points to her right and says “over there”. I ask “where?” And she says “over there!” When I realized where she was pointing it was behind the counter under the shelf. I said to her “you expect me to go behind the counter?” As she rolls her eyes and sighs she walks over and grabs the container that was hidden. I am absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the employees there as it is not the first time. I can’t tell you how many times I have had dealt with the disrespect. I asked for the manager and she said there was no manager on duty and that a manager will come in at 11. I asked for the name of the manager and her name. I called at 11:30 but no one is answering. The manager’s name I was given is Nathan.
