I purchased a coin in June. After waiting over 2 weeks and not receiving it I contacted them. I was asked to wait 1 more week to see if it arrived. It did not, so I contacted them again. I was then given a refund. Soon after the refund the coin arrived, about 1 month or so total time. I returned the coin unopened but did not get tracking. Since then I have been blocked from buying form them, when I asked why I was told by Andrew in customer service that he would send my question to his supervisor, that was in August. That was over a month ago, and no response. Really very poor service. You have lost a good customer. I guess you're just to big
to give a **** about your once loyal customers.

We sympathize with our customers when a package stops in its tracks in-transit, which is why we are more than happy to issue refunds for orders that are not received. Unfortunately, it is our policy that after delivery of a refunded order has been confirmed, if we are unable to get in touch with you after reaching twice and allowing for 30 days to contact, that we place a hold on the account until resolved. In light of the circumstances, we have lifted the hold from your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may hold may have caused and for the break down in communication.
