Stay away from company. They don’t always have in stock what they say they do. I bought 3 rolls of Mercury Dimes and almost 2 weeks went by before I reached out to see where my order was. They said they had a late deposit or something and would ship out the following Friday which ended up being the next Tuesday. This isn’t the first time I’ve had shipping and processing issues with this dumpster fire or a company. Do yourself a favor and buy from ** *******, **** ******* or ******* **** even if it’s a couple bucks more…it’s worth it not to deal with the aggravation with these clowns. I’m about to buy 5x American Gold Buffalo’a and guess who it won’t be with? Absolute joke of company and proceed with caution.

I am so sorry to hear you had such a difficult time with this order. Based on your order history with us, you know this is not a common occurrence. These folks are amazing. USPS employee cut my silver out of the package, monument metals investigated and had a reshipment out in 3 days. I cant say enough about this company!

First time customer, medium order of 100oz silver. Unfortunately, with my shipment a shipping label created. However, ***** status never shows that the shipment was received. I started inquiring back on Dec 22nd. via email the customer support, Giselle S****. His emails have been respectful and polite.

The latest reply on Dec 29th,
"A claim has been filed for this package as of Tuesday, 12/27. It can take up to 10 business days for a claim to be closed with Fedex. Once the formal claim has been closed, and paid by *****, we will be able to reship your items. When our representative alerts me to the closing of the claim, we will email you tracking of the reshipment. Thank you and we appreciate your patience as we work through our system of operations to resolve the issue. . "

Odds are that ***** stole the shipment. What I find odd is that the shipment does not show ever being received by them. There seems to be a chain of custody issue. In the end, the responsibility lies with Monument Metals delivering my shipment in a prompt manner. The customer should not have to be punished waiting on them to sort out this mess with Fed Ex.

We are very sorry that this package was lost in transit and we apologize for the issue. Unfortunately this does sometimes happen around the holiday season. When it does happen, we must follow the process that our insurance requires in the event of a missing package. The claim was approved prior to the typical 10 day waiting period, and the order was reshipped via overnight service within 6 business days of the issue being reported to us. We hope you enjoy your bars!

I appreciate the phone call yesterday and shipping the new package overnight. Thankfully you recorded the original package being scanned by FedEx. It is amazing that FedEx stated they never received the package. In my opinion, if the package made it to the depot from the truck it would have been scanned again but was not. Fed Ex has issues with theft. I doubt that original package will ever turn up. My only issue is that the customer is forced to wait while this mess is cleared up. If I knew how add another star I would based on customer service. I will continue to buy from Monument Metals since this appears to be a one off event.
