Buyer Beware! DO NOT, DO NOT , DO NOT USE THEM. I started using them since 1991 and stopped this year (30 year). They caused me thousands of $$$$ in tax penalties and fines by the IRS and the commonwealth of Virginia, for not filing on time several times. Their personnel, managers and owner weren't responsive. One employee was terminated about two year ago after I informed the owner of the penalties and fines their company caused me, but when I asked him to reimburse me for the penalties and fines his company caused me, he told me that will never happen. He told me that he's not going to point fingers at any of his staff and that I will never win against his company in court. They didn't return my calls, nor my complaints via emails for several years, nor my certified letter request for demanded refunds due to their lack of delivery on time. I had sent several emails to Mr. F******** (owner) begging him to get involved prior to the Taxes deadline, asking him if I had owed him a bill or anything that I didn't pay for to please advise (which I didn't) and he never bothered to do respond, leaving me with thousands in penalties and fines fees. Very soon this issue is going to court and they will be sued. Such company/personnel/owner shouldn't be allowed to practice accounting. Be smart and hire descent people not Faragalla and aasociates.

We are sorry that you feel that way, 31 years is a long time, we were able to provide outstanding services for 28 years, when the data that we received was timely and accurate. It is unfortunate that we had to let this client go, but we wish them the best of luck.
