1st appointment - 07/07/2023 - cancelled because they could not make it. They came to work on Saturday 07/09/2023. The contract included inspection from the county. The contractor will address any issues from the inspection at no charge. They installed the wrong breaker, and the Howard County inspection failed. I contacted them multiple times, and they kept giving me a runaround. First, they said they are working on the schedule and will get someone to fix the issue and reschedule the inspection. After 30 days, I escalated the call to the manager. The Owner, James, called me and said they are having a supplies issue with the 60 amp breaker. They will find a breaker, install it, and clear the inspection. On 08/21 - James told me they are still searching for the breaker. On 08/28/2023 - I followed up and asked for the update. I did not get a response. On 08/31/2023 - I followed up again, asking for an update. In this email, I told James they must honor his contract and fix the problem, or I will take every legal option to get the funds back. I got a call back from James (the Owner) - yelling and threatening me. If you return the funds, I will come to your home and rip it apart. On this comment, I told him that you don't have permission to go on my property, and I don't feel safe anymore for you or anyone from the company to come on my property. At this time, James has my home address, and I don't feel safe with my little kids. I will buy the breaker out of my pocket and fix the problem. The owner needs to learn how to speak to people. I paid a higher price, hoping to get better service and do things the right way, but I got the short end of the stick. This contractor came from Angi's list. I tried filing a complaint with Angi, and they want to charge another fee to file a complaint. What a racket!

At no time was there any form of disrespect or threatening of the customer. When customer requested his refund, I advised him that I could come and uninstall the charger and provide him with a full refund with no problem. This in turn became that I threatened him which at no point was done. I always treat my customer's with the upmost respect and provide them with quality service at all cost.
