On Friday, April 21, 2023, I placed an online App walk in order for a medium iced coffee and a sour cream donut. When I went inside (approximately 10:30 am -10:40 am) to pick up my order using my order number (213) and name I was informed that Dunkin did not have any sour cream donuts. I was asked if I wanted something else. I informed the cashier no, I wanted a refund. She said given I purchased online I would need to get the refund from the App, but she checked with someone else. Assuming it was a manager, a lady approached the counter and reiterated that the refund would have to be done online. I asked for something in writing. I was told no. I then asked for her name and she stated her name. I asked if she could write her name down so I knew whom I talked with and she refused. She said you can write it down. I asked for some paper and pen. She gave me some receipt paper and a marker. I asked if she could spell her name and she refused and pointed to her name badge. I told her I was nearsighted(visual impairment) and asked again if she could spell it. She told me that I was wearing glasses and could see it. I asked for a manager and she said the manager was not in. I asked for the manager name and spelling. She said the manager name, but would not spell out the name. She walked away and started complaining to her workers about me. I asked repeatedly for assistance. Only one out of 3-4 people behind the counter would assist me ( Doylin). She came to the counter and slowly spelled the name, but it was incorrect. I asked her if should could simply write it for me and she did (Fernando). I asked for the name/spelling of the lady who I spoke with and she said she did not know her name. She then walked away. I asked another lady, who has previously assisted me through the drive through and she pretended to not speak English. I told her you do speak English. I was treated poorly as a frequent purchaser of Dunkin. Customer service is terrible.
