I have repeatedly asked for an explanation of a policy change charge of between $10 and $44 a month. I have made no changes to my policy. So frustrating. Now the charge is 248.10 that they say they can split up over a period of time. What is it for? Its over and above the cost of my car policies. Why am i paying enough every month for another car? I had a car accident in sept., 2022 so had no car for 2 months so my bill was 0 before i put the trailblazer on. My first bill said i owed them 63.25 for the trailblazer and 41.09 for policy changes. Plus i would also have to pay them 186.52 over the next couple of months that was for more policy changes? I called they would fix it they said. Now 3 rd bill arrives and its another 43.95 extra and i am supposedly responsible for 248.10 for more policy changes. Help me please.

Ms. *********** transferred into our office after having payment and insurance related issues with several other State Farm Agents. She has come into our office yelling, slamming doors, hang up the phone and just laughing hysterically. She has told the office manager that she would rather clean toilets that work for an insurance company. As for Ms. ************* premiums, we have tried to verbally explain along with a written breakdown. When she purchased a vehicle her policy was in a total suspension status and we needed to get premium from the date the policy/vehicle was added but it wouldn't be until the next month billing. State Farm breaks up any back premium in 3 installments that's added to the regular month installment. Ms. *********** then added a 2nd vehicle along with adding Drive Safe and Save which cause more adjustments. Each time the insured made changes it was explained that the billing would be adjusted on the next billing cycle but she would just get angry and starting telling us how much she hates insurance companies.  State Farm and my agency are willing to provide all of her premium charges and discounts in detail.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  The very first bill after putting the trailblazer on was almost twice the amount of the policy for less than a month.  When i added the van a couple of weeks later i paid a full month without any discounts the day i added it.  By the second bill they added my discounts which apparently caused me to owe them more money.  I have resent you all the copies that have this information on it.

As for their issues with my temperament when being lied to, i don't care.  And i did not slam the door purposely and i apologized for doing so. The fact that i came to him from another state farm agent only makes state farm look bad.  I have given this company multiple chances, but in all the years i have been with them i have only once gotten a bill that was the same amount as the month before.  And the fact that they mention parts of conversations taken out of context when i thought i was having a friendly conversation while waiting on their computers to work is ridiculous and has no baring on this issue.  I have also never laughed hysterically in my life,  crazy drama at this place. Who actually likes to pay insurance and i am positive i have said as much every time they make me call them.

Its pretty ridiculous that I have to defend behavior that has been dramatized instead of this company defending their fraudulent business practices.

      Sincerely,

      ******* ***********

Dear ******* ****, as mentioned in my previous response to this issue, I can provide any details to the billing as needed to prove that a reputable company such as State Farm is not looking to gain any unearned premiums from Mrs. *********** or any other customer for that matter. The documents Mrs. *********** submitted are billing documents that were sent out to her from state farm. As she made changes to her policy, this in turn generated new / updated billing documents that were in turn mailed to her. State farm is very good with allowing Mrs. *********** to pay the balance due over a period of 3 months so we don't put any financial strain on her. When we try to explain the billing to her, she does not want to hear it. She interrupts us, she continuously mocks us, yells at us, uses foul language and harasses us. She comes into the office yelling, screaming and cussing at us and she nearly broke the door window as she slammed the door on her way out. Mrs. *********** has a similar history of this behavior with many other State Farm agencies. She has been hopping around to State Farm agencies and somehow it seems to her that we all want to cheat her out of her money. I assure you this is not the case. She left her previous agent because she claimed that they too were "ripping her off" and transferred into my office without my approval. We have been very respectful to her despite the fowl attitude she has shown us, and we always talk to her with respect. She is very hostile to me and my employees. I am considering taking legal action if the Defamation of character and harassment does not stop. Please feel free to email me of call me if there are any questions.

      Sincerely,

      ****
