I signed a contract on 11 November 2021, for the Kitchen & Bath Shop located at 1217 N. Battlefield Blvd, Suite 120, Chesapeake, Va. 23320. The completion date was to be 16 December 2021 and they still haven't completed the work. I have had 2 cabinets on order since on or around 26 October 2021. Every time I go to the shop, they tell me it just came in and we were about to call you and set up a date to install the cabinets. They will come to my house and tell me it's on back order or try to get me to settle for a smaller cabinet. I still have knobs as well as some shelves missing for the cabinets that they have installed already. My bathroom floor grout has changed colors due to the toilet not being installed correctly. My glass shower door that was newly installed is allowing water to leak on the floor. I have given them every opportunity to correct these discrepancies by going to the office and complaining. They always tell me they will come and look and correct the issues. This has been going on for at least 3 months. On 7 March 2022, I was called and ask what day are you available so we can come replace my bathroom cabinet, put the knobs on all the cabinets that are missing, re-grout the floor and repair the leaking shower glass door. The were to be here on 9 March 2022 at 9:30 am. After taking the day off work nobody showed up. I received a phone call at 3:30pm saying they were on the way. I said no because I have something to do plus I'm going back to your office and talk to the manager. I talked with the manager for at least the 8th or 9th time about the issues I am having since the start of this project. Again, all they say is the person didn't show up he was supposed to have came bye. At this point I don't know what else I can do except file an complaint with you and hope this will help. This whole experience has been unprofessional from the start. I have pictures and notes from the beginning up until now of there lack of professionalism.
