On December 31, 2021, I scheduled a COVID test for January 7, 2022 @ 8:30AM. I subsequently learned that I did not need the test due to having COVID (Nov 2021) within 90 days of travel. So, on December 31, 2021, I sent an email message to CIAN requesting a refund. I received an out-of-office reply from Simon. Later in the week before my appointment, I called CIAN Diagnostics and left messages. Finally, since I did NOT hear from ANYONE prior to my appointment, I showed up at CIAN's location on my appointment time and made yet another request for a refund. The front-desk and testing person (same person) took my information and told me she will give it to the appropriate person. February 2, 2022, I had not heard from CIAN. So, I sent an email message and called. I was promised that I will receive a refund. This was the first time anyone communicated this. On the same day, Sam M., owner/principal, called me to apologize and assured me I will receive a refund. February 24, 2022, I have yet to receive a refund from CIAN Diagnostics.Business response

Again, I wanted to apologize for the inconvenience. We are a public health company and are in middle of Omicron surge in Jan-Feb of this year. We were focused on helping the needy and so the refund request fell thru the cracks due to some of our staff getting infected and are out of office. We have provided the FULL refund for 2 tests. Mr ******** scheduled for 2 tests, got 1 test, and requested for refund of 1 test. However, we had refunded the full amount for 2 tests. Thank you *** Sam M.
