This business is a ****. We bought a $4,000 mattress and got it delivered no problem. We realized after one day that we did not like the mattress. We called them immediately and asked for a refund. We were told we had to wait for the area manager approval. It took days for him to get back to us, of course. We were told there was nothing they can do for us due to the contract that we never signed. Even if we exchange the mattress for something else, we cannot get any money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. They were so unprofessional with no empathy for someone who just spent $4,000 to try and get the best sleep possible. RAY the manager is all about sales. He knew I had the wooden slits on my new bed and still suggested the box spring. Also, I called him four times since Saturday June 1st and he never called me back. Keith also said that he left several messages.Mattress Warehouse Corporate Office Response

Mattress was delivered to our house, visibly dirty within packaging. Confirmed with seller that this was a brand new mattress. Now, when trying to call to get a price match, unable to contact any of the stores as all their phones are disconnected. When calling general line, service rep is rude and unhelpful. The only resolution at this time is to refund or reduce mattress cost. Would rate them lower than a 1 star if it was possible.Mattress Warehouse Corporate Office Response

I signed a purchase agreement for a mattress from the Warrenton location on May 9th. A few hours later I changed my mind and called to cancel this purchase at which time I was told I needed to come in and sign something. I went in on May 10th and was told nothing could be done unless I had my documentation in hand. I then returned on May 11th with my paperwork and was handed a standard confirmation letter which had nothing about my purchase on it at all and was still not asked to sign anything. During this whole process I was constantly harassed about purchasing another mattress from them. I was still uncomfortable about the cancellation since it involved financing through ********* Bank and I certainly didn't want to pay their 29% interest. After sending them a registered letter I received an email from them about the cancellation. I am still waiting to hear from ********* about their cancellation. Purchased king mattress & adjustable frame love that part. However also purchased twin box spring and mattress! Box spring will not work on the bed! It makes the mattress way too high!! We are unable to use! Ok I get it! Never knew didn’t need it!! I called asked to return! The delivery men never even put it on the bed due to we needed support boards. We CANT use it! Never had any one lay one it!! Was told by Keith he had to talk to his manager! They will take it back but we must pay pick up of $120? We are not aloud to take to warehouse ourselves! And they will give us a pillow! No refund!!! They can’t resell it since it has been in our home!! Ok! But yet your policy allows your store to sell FLOOR model mattress where hundreds of kids and people have laid in and had shoes on? But yet a box spring you can help me with! As a consumer, I think there’s a problem. And something should be done. I contacted the store the day it was delivered. Now called corporate office 2 times left message for a call back. Didn’t hear back! So I figured I would call a 3 time. Spoke and asked it District manager was in. Lady could not tell me. I told her the situation and I wanted it resolved. I’m the one that has a boxspring sitting in a bedroom in a hunk of plastic that can’t be used. Yes I am upset and frustrated and I told her I would be contacting Better Business Bureau because I’m not hearing back. They delivered the wrong mattress on 3- 12-2024 I it was way to hard the they on 4-2- 2024 they sent the so called right one my whole body hurts especially my back they had me initial some papers here they not getting a part where I can't exchange it now and it's not right I didn't even have it a week I plan on trying to take this to court I'm 63 I've shopped for beds always had that wow feeling this place has totally ripped me off my $800 I guess wasn't good enough for them I'm totally disgusted and upset with themMattress Warehouse Corporate Office Response

I purchased a FUTU COMFORPEDIC APEX-Q-MATT model: 00165 with an Model: 000150 Brand LEGG SOMOS PRESTIGE-Q-ADJ Base with a 10YR warranty plan Plus purchased a Twin Matt set all Totaling = $1, 999.98. My only request/requirement due to the obligation of the 10YR warranty, is to replace or repair the adjustable Queen base with remote. The purchase was made 10/22/2020. Complaint mentioned 2024. It hasn’t even been a full 4years and I received conflicting messages/information for repair/replacement of my Queen adj base. I had mattress delivered, a few days later the mattress snapped the slats on my bed because the delivery guys did not put the legs on it, they put it directly on the slats. They asked if we wanted the legs on or keep slats. We asked them if the slats would hold it, and they said yes, so we said okay. Well they were wrong! I called to schedule for them to come out and they couldn’t do the two days after I called and it had to be extended longer because my husband and I are having medical procedures. I got into bed last night and heard cracking, looked underneath the bed to find all the slats ready to snap. I called at 1:30 AM and left a message asking for a callback because we needed someone to come out right away. Never received a callback. I called back and was told by the salesperson that sold me the bed that when he sees a message at 12:00 it’s just someone that dialed a wrong number. I told him of the urgency, I have two cats (my main concern that could get crushed) my husband or I could get hurt if the bed collapsed. Aside from the damage that could be done to my bed and floor. He got cocky when I told him to schedule the delivery guys to come out for Wednesday (first available day/ which is 5 days from now. He kept saying today was Monday and they don’t deliver on Mondays. Today is Friday… But he got cocky when I asked to have a supervisor call me and said is he really going to call me since I never received a call back from my call at 1:30 this morning) But he was nice as pie when he was trying to sell us the mattress. I would go out of my way and find someone to fix this if I was that company. But they chose not to. That is horrible customer service. I really have no complaints about the bed itself so far. The service is what I’m complaining about. All of this is after I explained to him that I can’t even have my husband switch to another bed until it is fixed because he has all these medical gadgets. I bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse. I took a day off work to have the mattress delivered. I discovered it was the wrong mattress. I had to take off work again to have the correct mattress delivered. The mattress was defective and had to be exchanged a year later. We scheduled the delivery. They called me and said they were outside of my house. I asked what address they were at and they were at my old address. I called the store and asked what address they entered in the system. They read the correct address to me. They told me it is a deliver issue and they will need to come another day. I told them this will be the fourth day I had to take off work. They basically told me there is nothing they can do and if I want the delivery they will need to come back. I only live 30 minutes from they old address and they said they would not fix their mistake same day. I was compensated $100. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.Review from Frank B

Mattress was delivered apparently wirh a large lump in middle from side to side. Called next day and ask for a replacement. Slept on one night and getting the go around saying it could take over 3 weeks. Have to have a inspection done on our bed frame. Sent pictures of everything, the frame has nothing to do with it. I believe the mattress came apart due to the way it rode in the truck. It is a standard firm innerspring Mattress. It fells like the stuffing has separated.
