A few months ago, we cancelled a subscription which was up for renewal, as per the instructions on the renewal as to how to cancel. I got a call from a CCH representative to try to get me to renew. I firmly stated I did not want to renew. I wrote a web ticket and no one responded to the web ticket until I followed up. I got notices from accounts receivable about the invoice being past due. I contacted the person in A/R and she said it was not supposed to have gone out. This morning I received the third email from her asking for payment. I have no idea what CCH is up to, but they cannot legally force anyone to renew. I hope this is not left unattended and CCH then sends it to collections.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2022/04/28) */ ***Document Attached*** I received a call from CCH regarding this matter. I also followed up by checking the status of this invoice. They have given me credit for the full amount of the renewal, which I cancelled months ago following their instructions. This renewal invoice now has a zero balance. Please see attached.
