On April 29th 2023 I took my pet at Glade animal hospital. For a second opinion. After spending 2000.00 for vet visits test after test lab works xrays antibiotics. I got no answer of what is wrong with my dog. They also preformed a test on my dog and when inwent to pick him up no one told me about it. I'm looking for some refund of what I put out for no out come on my pet. It's hard to trust a vet now with the care I received from Glade and I hope no one has to go thur this

We will not be refunding any amount as it was payment for services rendered. **. ********* has sent numerous emails to the hospital threatening legal action against me and the practice. This is all because her and her boyfriend, ****** ******, have the mindset that "no diagnosis is a misdiagnosis" which is simply not true, I personally have explained that to them. From a business standpoint, medical standpoint, and personal standpoint, we have done nothing wrong and definitely nothing that warrants a refund or other action. As for the "procedure" that she "didn't know about," she expressed concern about a small lump on her dog's chin that was aspirated (the tip of a needle stuck into for a sample to review under a microscope). The doctor mentioned that she would take a look at this lump, per her notes, and this is how she elected to do it - she also elected to not charge the client for this. I cannot speak to the communication between **. ********* and the doctor at that time, but the doctor did what she thought was best for the animal while under our care and opted to not charge because **. ********* had made us aware of her financial constraints.

Also, she has filed this complaint for "Glade Valley Animal Hospital, Inc." which no longer exists. "Glade Valley Animal Hospital, Inc." was dissolved in 2019.

I have also included a copy of her dog's full record for anyone interested to see communications and what was done for the animal at our practice (the veterinary industry doesn't have HIPPA, so I figure this is okay since she came to you first). I am confident that you will find that nothing was done wrong on our behalf. Our team truly cared for her dog, many of us becoming emotional when we learned that they elected to euthanize him when he was so young and not terminally ill, as a matter of fact the sympto** she brought him to us for, we resolved. She became angry when we did not have the capacity to see her/her dog for an appointment on 5/19 and recommended she take her dog to the ER, her and *** ****** called and spoke to me (a conversation that was filled with their raised voices, them swearing at me constantly, and accusing us/the veterinary industry of untrue things surrounding products that we carry and us being out for money only). I think this is what separates us from the first practice that did not give her a diagnosis either.

I'm Turing down the response from glade because they were in the wrong when it came  to ******* care one test they did the pcr knowing he was on antibiotics before the test they told me after doing the test his results would come back negative so that test should have never been done knowing it would have negative results. And they still put him on antibiotics not knowing what they were treating.  They would do bloodwork on him and when test would come back negative and still not knowing what he had they would do more antibiotics. I did everything glade told me to do plus when he couldn't be seen I took him to er vet just like they told me to do. They said his illness was getting better thats a lie to when I called them on may 19th to let them know ****** couldn't open his mouth. So glade is at fault that's why I'm rejected there response
