10/2022 I had a new deck placed by this company for 4500 for labor and 3000 for parts and 270.00 credit card fees. I told them I was placing a hot tub on there and it needed to be completely reinforced to hold 100 lbs per square foot or 6000lbs in addition with the tub. They informed me that would not be a problem and that's what they did. My hot tub was delivered 1/27/22 I was informed by the company that my deck was not supported enough to hold the tub. So I needed my support. I reached out to this Company on every number I had for them as well as had their other customers who referred them to me try to reached them. With no results all of their numbers were disconnected. I them had to call another deck company for these repairers. They came out on 1/28/22 and informed me that not only can my deck not hold the hot tub it is not safe to hold people over a small amount because they used all cheap out dated wood . They used thin wood , they used smaller pillars to hold this big deck up. They were able to go under the deck and pull one large screw right out the pillar that should have been screwed in to support the deck. The railing is not safe is too low. The steps are weak needs a third beam . The list just goes on. I have to now pay an Additional 2500.00 to have only the support of the deck redone. Not including everything else. So I would like this company to pay for all repairs needed.
