Disappointed! Before hiring this accounting firm, I met with the owner and discussed issues regarding taxes and IRS audit. During the meeting it was agreed that the company would prepare our current year taxes and prepare amended returns for 3 previous years for the cost of $1,800. They completed the current year taxes but once I asked about the status of the 3 previous years, I was told apologizes about the miscommunication originally. That being said I will waive the cost for one of the year's returns and reduce the cost of the other two years' returns to $600 per year or $1200. I asked him what does the $1,800 cover. I was informed it covers Tax preparation (because you have a rental you are in this tier), Quarterly meetings, Tax notices if you receive them helping you with estimated payments. However, the only service I received was 1 year tax preparation at a cost of $1,800. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are comfortable taking money from people who has tax problems but do not help them resolve the problem. I'm on a fixed income and out of $1,800 and looking for another accountant. Don't let his happen to you. I feel like I was scammed.

We are sorry you feel that way; our virtual calls are recorded, and we met with you on January 9th, 2024. We reviewed the transcript of the call and talked about the amended returns. You were told it would be cheaper to go to the original preparer and have them amend. What we did tell you is that we would do as a courtesy review and let you know whether or not we could include them (2020-2022) in your monthly subscription. We never said they would be included. We did offer resolutions due to the miscommunication, but you chose not to take them. In addition, we asked about the expenses related to your rental property, which the *** had the same questions about. We noticed this once you uploaded the documentation from the ***.

Honestly my only regret was not switching sooner! **** was ******************, and he has saved me time and money. I confidently recommended him to my friends and family and everyone was very happy.
