Refered for a biopsy, first appt 9/27/2022,to do sedation for the biopsy I needed a ride. Sence they don't take my incurance I asked what it would cost, was told $325.Got a ride late december, made the appt on 12/21/2002 for 12/28/2022. They did not contact me the day before to confirm the appt.took my pills 1/2 hour before the appt. Once I woke up so to speak later that night I notice that my CC had been charged $500. Some one called me to see how i was doing but they didn't know why she was just a nurse.Had a appt to get the results on 1/10/2023, again they did not confirm the appt.once I got back to get my results the said they didn't have them because the lab didn't take my incurance. I asked the surgeon why they hadn't let me know before I drove all the way there, no explation. then I asked why I didn't get exit instructions, she said I was givien those along with gauze, checked with my ride and all we left the office with was 2 perscriptions.Asked why I was charge 500 instead of the price i was told, was asked to go to the waiting room, when I questioned the nurse at the desk which made my appointments and told me what it was to cost, she gave me a blank stair and said that was what it cost. I heard the other nurse sitting there say the raised the price when the new surgeon took over the business.After 10 or so minutes waiting and the surgeon not coming back out, the person at the desk told me they would try and submit the biopsy to a differen lab and would call me.After about 2 weeks I got a call and was told the results, and they would mail me and my dentist the results on paper.Still waiting on those .I didnt tell my ride what I was supposed to pay, and they didnt know what my reaction was when paying.They did not inform me of any price hike before I came in sedated and not knowing/remembering anything that was going on.
