I hired and paid a fee to Erin P***** of DPB Administrative Services for provider credentialing. It was not completed after almost a year. There was no proof or confirmations sent to me to show that work was in progress on my behalf. I asked Multiple times and Erin could not produce. This business took my money and led me to believe that she was applying to insurance companies on my behalf. There were no record of applications on file after 9 months of waiting. The business offered me a refund and did not produce. The owner stop responding to my attempts to collect my refund.

DBP is a scam. I hired her to be my medical biller and for credentialing services. After a couple days of having her as my biller I realized it was a mistake and quickly cancelled my services with her. Reasons being: she apparently has a full time job and can only handle your business at night. She completely messed my accounts up. You also have to follow up with her a couple times before she actually does something. When I first started with her in March 2022, I already paid her $375 to be credentialed with 5 insurance companies, so I was stuck. I’ve been following up with her about the status of these “applications”, but she either tells me it’s under review or one time she asked me to tell her which ones she applied too. Smh, when you start asking questions she gets really mad and unprofessional because she’s guilty of not doing anything. I guess I’m blocked too because she’s no longer responding to my emails or calls.

************************ , hired me to do credentialing services and billing for her company . I worked with ************** for a couple of months before we cancelled our services. In regards to her account , I only had access to her therapy notes account which I only submit billing through. Therapy notes already retain the necessary information for billing to be submitted , so DBP NEVER edit or delete anything in ************** account. Furthermore, The applications were placed with the insurance companies along with billing to be submitted 2-3 a week ( have billing submission emails as proof with ************** responses). I never asked ************** which insurance did I apply to because I know what I applied to and I have the list of her request, I asked her which ones have she heard from , especially because united healthcare pinged her CAQH which indicates they are processing the application and she had ***** and *** confused which is the same company. In addition, **.**********;signed two contracts that outlined NO REFUND . The statement of me getting mad is not truthful because most of our communication was text or email ( Please provide a rude text or email that I have ever sent ?) In conclusion, the client is not blocked from emails or phone calls . Primarily she calls or texts my personal line ( which I do not know when she called because that line was temporarily cancelled ) she has my business number which there is no record of her calling or texting. Lastly, I did receive an email from ************** with the subject of last time, but did not respond as she threatened me about knowing where I work and what she would do if I did not refund her money ( Have email if proof is needed).
In resolution: I have credibility of me not being a scammer . Also, you don't pay a scammer more than once for services.
If ************* would like to solve this matter properly and truthfully , she may reach out to me.
      Thank you !

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I paid Erin for services at the same time— credentialing and medical billing not knowing the results we’re going to turn out like this. I have nothing to show for the credentialing, when I followed up with the insurance companies nothing is on file. No follow up and no contracts have been provided. Yes I stated that I know where Erin works because she blocked me and refused to answer any of my emails. In regards to the second time I paid her, I was following the 30 day contract which stated I have to provide a 30 day notice. When I caught wind of her horrible business practices, I quickly went elsewhere. I have proof of all the times I have reached out, I have proof of the rude texts Erin provided, I have proof of all the times Erin said “she’s in the hospital” etc. I’ve also been in contact with another individual she scammed (you can check out her review on DBP Administrative Service Business ******** page. Erin is indeed a scammer, she provides excuses, excuses, excuses and then blocks you.

In her contract she put that there will be no refund because she knew she was going to run away with the money.

      Regards,
