            Placee order online on 4/11/22. Was fully charged the amount on 4/12/22. Received an email the same day stating product was backordered and was expected to ship 5/2/22 I should not be charged for an product that isn't shipping for another 3 weeks. In addition, I was not offered any other options such as canceling my order or accepting the same product on a different color, etc. When I made the purchase, it was in agreement, that I would receive the product in 5-12 business days, based on the companies information. Not being able to fulfill my order properly is due to their negligence and receiving an email that simply states an item is backordered is unacceptable; especially after being fully charged for the product

            I bought a Drive Alluminum ******** x1 Walker for 79.85 on the 8th of June 2021, Shortly afterwards the walker s left handle break broke. They replaced same. After less than 5 months the wire and the break broke once more. I complaint to the company which was less than 6 months before the Guarantee expires,they would refuse to exchange the rollator again. I have 6 months to complain, and in this case it has been less than 5 months.

            Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for your disappointment. The manufacturer has made a few exceptions to process replacement orders and cannot continue to replace damages made to the ********.

            I paid for the walker, and soon after that the brake broke/
            they certainly did not make an exception.
            obviously their quality is mediocre.and not acceptable.
            I got the replacement less than 5 months ago
            and the same thing happened. I expect a replacement
            thank you. *************
