              I ******************************* allegedly have a bill of $19,700.49 in my name. I found out about these changes on Sept 1 2022 and since then I have tried to contact the fraud dept. several times and have not gotten to speak to anyone to explain. How this alleged bill got to this amount and why was I not contacted.? I filed a claim online in Dec. 2022 received a letter on Feb 20 2023 stating that the account was sent to outside collections. the address they have on file isn't mine and I haven't been in the Virgin Islands since 2019. What are your procedures in situations like this that a account can have a bill so high? Why wasn't this account flagged? Why wasn't I contacted? **** states they have no access to this account since they sold to Liberty ***** *******. **** is stating the account doesn't exist

              I am a single mother with three children living off of disability I needed a phone so I signed up for this program and so that I can get the iPhone for $25 and I bought the iPhone and they send me a galaxy phone I called and complain about it told him I wanted to return the phone and shut the service off and they refused to do any of it they will not return my money and they keep telling me that it was a glitch in their system if it was a glitch in their system they should’ve fixed it but they refused to and they took the last of my money for a phone I did not purchase
