    On October 6th at 12:05am I placed an order with Starvin Marvins. When we arrived to pick up the food the street was blocked off because they were fixing a light. We weren’t even able to turn into the parking lot. So we ended up having to buy food from somewhere else that night. Around 1:37pm that day we received a message saying the food was ready and we were already planning to head towards the restaurant because we didn’t receive our food. When we arrived my boyfriend came in and explained to the employee that we ordered but didn’t receive our food and the employees were already being uncooperative. That’s when my boyfriend got me from the car and told me I needed to come inside because I paid for the food. When I went inside the employee was still being uncooperative even though he saw the receipt and they said they didn’t even have the food. He tried to reach out to somebody else because he said he wasn’t here last night but nobody was answering. I stressed to him either I need my money back or the food back because at the end of the day we still didn’t receive anything and we paid $28.69. At first he said he was going to remake the food, and I thought that’s what they were doing but then he got a call back from the man who was there the night before and even HE confirmed we ordered and didn’t receive the food but he also lied and said he called multiple times. I have my call log and they did not call ONCE. Regardless the point they were trying to argue about didn't matter. EVEN the man on the phone confirmed we paid and didn’t receive anything so why didn’t we receive either a refund OR food. One thing led to another, the employees became very aggressive and I feel like they called the police because I threatened to call them. When the police came they could not resolve the issue and told us it was done through 3rd party which the business didn’t even tell us. They said we had to go through them just for the 3rd party to call the business and say no refund
