I was very disappointed with their service. I had them come to my apartment to replace the drain cap on my bathroom vanity. Tow people showed up at my door. I immediately thought that for the job I called, they did not have to send two people. One person was working, but the other was just standing there doing nothing. At some point the actual plumber, send the other guy to his car to bring him a tool. It took him such a long time to bring the tool, because he was walking so slow. After the job was finished they charged me for 30 min. work to replace the drain cup $475. I paid them and asked them to send me the invoice. I had to call the office to get an invoice, but the invoice did not show the cost of labour and the parts, it was just the final price. I requested the itemized invoice, and complained that the cost for that kind of work was too expensive. After they reviewed the invoice, they told me that the plumber charged me extra $75 for the helper, and that he should not have done that. So the plumber Jose tried to get extra $75 for his helper Luis. After they told me that I will be reimbursed for $75, my bill dropped to $400. I still think it is very expensive. They charged me for the drain cup part $215, and 30 min labour $185. I will never call them again or recommend them to anybody. I will also post this on my building link, and warn the residents to think twice before they call them. They were on the list for the plumbers in my condo. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Very dishonest people that cannot be trusted. I called these people because my cloth washer drain was backed up. They charged me $670 for labor only. Two weeks later I tried to wash my cloth and I had same drain clog again. I called them to come in and check the drain and they told me they have to charge me again because they do not have warranty for drain cleaning. I told them I have the same problem because they did not do their job correctly. Do not waste your time and money with these people because they do not do anything to help you except cleaning your valet.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. The plumber was on time, friendly and obviously knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Mallick.
