They kept using our driveway next to their construction site, asked the site foreman to please stop doing that, nothing changed. Called the office and left messages that were never answered. Their crew still park in our driveway and leave trash in our yard. I gave them many chances to address the problem, those were ignored so here I am, leaving my feedback with their only other review (2 stars).

On July 25, 2023, the complainant, the neighboring property owner to the home Procopio Family Homes (PFH) is custom building, left a voicemail message after hours at our office to notify us that our landscaping subcontractor backed into their driveway, damaging the gravel in their driveway, and running over a piece of metal trim. The complainant, presumably upset, left a very crude message, cursing in almost every sentence on our office voicemail system. The next morning, before business hours, the complainant left a second, much calmer, voice mail message reiterating the previous message. As soon as we received the message on July 26, 2023, our site foreman and our office manager both individually returned calls to the complainant and both of them spoke to the complainant. Our office manager apologized for the subcontractor encroaching onto their driveway and for any damage that was done. The complainant was informed that the landscape subcontractor accepted responsibility for the damage and was scheduled to make the repair to the driveway. Our office manager learned that the complainant was more disturbed that the landscape contractor ran over a piece of metal trim and presumably flattened by a skid loader. Our office manager asked the complainant to provide a photograph and description of the trim so that we can replace it and/or repair it. At this time, we have not received any further correspondence from the complainant including the requested picture of the damaged trim. We are aware of 2 other occasions that the complainant informed us that we were using their driveway without permission. The first was a red truck parked in the complainant's driveway. We responded, immediately identified the subcontractor, had them remove the truck, and informed them not to park in the neighbor's driveway again. The second occasion happened to be when our customer, the complainant neighbor, was present. It was discovered that the car parked in the driveway was an unidentified person that walked up from the community property with a fishing rod, entered the parked car, and drive off. This person was unrelated to our construction activities and unknown to PFH. We remain willing to repair any damage caused by PFH or its subcontractors. I am regretful that our subcontractor used the neighbor's driveway without permission and more so causing any damage. We will continue to strictly enforce the prohibited use and/or entrance onto the neighbor's property other than to make the necessary repairs caused by our subcontractor. We are available to meet with the complainant to address their concerns. Our customer wants to have a good neighborly relationship with the complainant; we informed our customer that there was an issue and that we would do everything we could to address the issue.
