Let me first state that this place may be THE worst in customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I first dealt with them as I had a flat tire in Ann Arbor Michigan. Feeling frustrated I looked on my phone for towing assistance and this site popped up. I called them and they stated they would call a local towing agency. My first mistake was I should’ve googled this to begin with. Being frustrated, I said ok and went along with the help. Well they didn’t help not one bit. To provide the help they took my payment first. After about an hour or so, the local towing company called my phone and stated to me that they have not received payment from 247towing and that I would need to call them back before they would even come for assistance. I called 247 and stated the local company has not received payment from 247towing and that I would like to cancel my payment and assistance from them. They stated ok and that it would be 5 to 10 business days for refund. I waited a full 10 and received no refund. This all started on April 1st. It has now reached April 16th. Now I call the number provided on website again for refund and assistance. Also to get some answers. Each and every time I call, no one could provide assistance or an answer. I would get hung up on without even arguing with them. I would get someone who acted like they couldn’t hear me. Asked several times for a supervisor, they couldn’t provide one? One guy said you have to call customer service/billing department and just would hang up before I could even get the number. No number is provided on website. On 4/20 I finally was able to talk with someone from billing who stated it would take 24-48 hours and a supervisor would call back with an answer. It’s now 4/26 with no answer. This company took $209 of my money, and can’t provide any feedback or answers. They were rude on the phone. Not once a supervisor/manager was available. They provided no assistance, no answers No customer service. AVOID them at all cost!
