Wish I could give 2 ratings because the initial experience was good. Friendly, personable staff and doctor. Doc was very informative and took his time. After multiple visits however my rating would drop to less than 1 star. The stress of just trying to speak with the doctor to go over needed lab work was unbelievable. Multiple front desk staff would tell me that the results "just came in" each time I'd call. I'd leave messages and still never received a call back. The first time it took about 2 weeks to get routine lab results. This was after I left multiple messages with staff and on voice mail. Unfortunately by the time I heard from the doctor about the 3rd round of labs, my pet had died. The doctor called and left a message at 9pm and asked that I call the office the next day to discuss results, which I did. The receptionist said he was there but in surgery and she would leave a message for him. I didn't get a call until the NEXT day. My pet had been dead for 3 days by that time. Extremely disappointed in the time it took to get any results or have anyone call me. Now I'm left to wonder if my pet would still be alive if I'd gotten those results sooner.

I would leave zero stars if I could, as one is too many. I am in actual disbelief of this place. Went for an appointment at 1pm and was told it would be quick and to wait in the car. After an hour I went in and asked them for an update and they told me my dog still hadn't been seen. They tell me they are going to see him right now and to give them half an hour. After another hour and a half of me waiting I go in to get an update and they still hadn't even started the checkup on my dog. These people do not care about providing quality service at all. I ended up having to leave - wasting 3 hours of my day to get nothing done. They wouldn't even offer an explanation. My dog had clearly been stuck in a cage and left alone for two hours because he was visually stressed out. To make things worse, I can't even get them to answer my calls, reception hangs up on you once you're on hold. This place is incredibly unprofessional. Terrible communication and complete inability to schedule appointments correctly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Based on all of the reviews I am seeing in the last 6 months, it looks like this place was at one point a good business but new ownership or management is running it into the ground.

They did great with my cat, took very good care of her and the doctor told me everything i needed to know.
