Stormpro salesperson came to my door and sold me a roofing replacement with his company. They created and executed a contract with us to start the work April 22nd. They stopped answering our calls after collecting a deposit of $14,000. We continue to call and leave voicemails. We have visited their office and they now say they do not have our file and the guy that sold us the contract says he does not recall of us giving him a check, which he cashed.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract for a full roof replacement in December 2022 with ********************* representing StormPro Specialist. There is an open claim with ***********, via ****************** covering this work. **** came to our residence and documented storm damage with an adjuster from Homesite, and the claim was approved and initial payment of $11, ****** was paid out and signed over to ****. It was understood that given the winter weather work would most likely be completed as early as February 2023. The first date for work was to start Monday March 13. Weather interrupted this and the project has been postponed 5 additional times, sometimes due to weather but other times because no communication from ********************* nor other representatives from StormPro Specialist have reached out. No explanation, no confirmation for new dates, no reasons for no call/no show on dates when work was scheduled. Work was to be performed on Monday May 1, but the work was moved by **** to Thursday May 4. No confirmation was given and no roofing team showed up to my residence on the date. **** has avoided any and all phone communications, preferring to only communicate via sporadic and vague text messages which are ineffective in discussing issues. At this point I would like to have the contract terminated and my entire deposit of $11, ****** refunded, as there is absolutely no indication that any roofing work is ever intended to happen.Initial Complaint

Signed a contract with ********************* from Stormpro to do a roof installation on my house on 10/8/22.Paid a deposit on $9,000 on 10/31/22. Since then ***** has scheduled the installation and canceled several times. He has never performed the work and I have not heard from him since 12/2/22. I've called and sent him numerous text messages, which he reads but never answered nor returned any of my calls.
