I made an appointment last week to bring y mom in to have her dentures fixed. I had to leave 3 messages to get a call back a week later . I had already made the appointment myself. Tonight I called to make sure someone is there to see us and crickets. No answer nobody called us to cancel. I am so disgusted with aspen dental. How do they stay in business? The Glen Burnie Aspen Dental is way beyond terrible and the Dundalk office is not much better. I have had 4 appointments where I have shown up and they tell me "I am not on the books" even though I have an appointment card from their office. I have been trying to get a snap in dentures for just my bottom teeth for over a year now...still haven't received them. They are so very happy to take your money from you right away but you get no product in return.
