Contracted Petra Contractors to replace roof to my private home in November 2018. After completion, I received a 5 year warranty. On November 19, 2021 I was informed by my next door neighbor that shingles on the top rear of my roof were flapping in the wind. I notified Petra Contractors of my concern on this same date. I was told that project manager would be informed and that I would receive a call back. Recieved a call back and was told that a roofer would be out on 11/23/2021, between 8am-12pm. On 11/23, roofer from Petra arrived at my home and proceeded up on the roof. After approximately 15 minutes, roofer climbed down the ladder and began walking towards his truck. I received no paperwork from this visit. On 11/26/2021, my next door both myself and my neighbor observed loose shingles in the same area(top rear of roof). Telephone call to Petra Contractors. Left very detailed message regarding the unaddressed repairs. Requested a return call. I have not heard back from Petra Contractors.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/10) */ We received a call from Ms. ******** on 11/19/2021. Our roofer went out on 11/22/2021 and repaired a loose shingle. I did not hear back from Ms. ******** until I received the complaint notice today. I contacted Ms. ******** today to see what the issue was. Ms. ******** did state she had emailed me but when I confirmed the email address, she had the incorrect address. After speaking with Ms. ********, I scheduled my roofer to reinspect the roof today around 11. My roofer went out and inspected the roof and did find additonal loose and missing shingles due to wind damage not workmanship. Even though this was of no fault of ours, we are repairing the area at no cost to Ms. ********. We are looking at having repairs completed either today or tomorrow, weather permitting. If we are not able to complete repairs today or tomorrow, we will secure roof to prevent any interior damage until we can make repairs.
